We are a Philippines-based team of document specialists building a focused document-processing service. Our founders bring hands-on experience in Philippine customs brokerage operations, logistics documentation, and the extraction and correction of shipping documents.

Our approach is a practical combination: tools that surface problems and people who resolve them. We start with clearly scoped pilots and measure handling time, corrections, and review quality before expanding.

Designed for overflowOne-off backlogs or agreed recurring batches.
Your process, your requirementsFields, format, tools, and ways of working are agreed with you before work begins, and they can change as your needs grow.
Source conflicts stay visibleWe correct extraction errors. Unclear source information is referred back to you.
International and localOur initial focus is Australia, New Zealand, North America, and businesses in the Philippines.
What we do

Tools identify the exception.
Our team handles the detail.

Our Document Desk brings extraction, cross-document checks, corrections, and human review into one traceable workflow. It is now in pilot testing with representative documents.

01 / INVOICES & PACKING LISTS

Every line, ready to use

Line items with quantities, units, prices, and amounts, plus packages, net and gross weights, and volume from the packing list.

  • Invoice number, date, seller, and buyer
  • PO reference, Incoterms, totals, and payment terms
  • HS codes where printed
02 / BILLS OF LADING

The B/L and every container

Master and house bills of lading and sea waybills, read box by box.

  • B/L numbers, including house (HBL) and master (MBL)
  • Shipper, consignee, notify party, vessel, voyage, and ports
  • Every container with its seal number and size, each container number verified by its check digit
03 / CROSS-DOCUMENT CHECKS

Three documents, one story

The invoice, packing list, and B/L are checked against each other before anything reaches you.

  • Quantities, gross weights, package counts, and volume
  • HS codes and the parties named on each document
  • Incoterms against the B/L freight terms
04 / HUMAN REVIEW

A person checks every record

A reviewer compares each record with the originals. Missing, unreadable or conflicting values are never guessed; they come back to you as clear questions.

  • Every correction recorded with its reason
  • Open questions listed in one place
  • Approval only when nothing is left open
05 / YOUR FORMAT

Delivered the way you work

Output follows your own column layout, so it drops straight into your process.

  • Excel or CSV in your template, plus a PDF exception report
  • JSON, or CargoWise-ready XML (tested in your CargoWise environment before go-live)
  • Your own product and party lists used to fill in and check HS codes and party codes
06 / BY EMAIL

Send it the way you already do

Email the documents with your instructions. Several documents in one PDF, or scanned pages, are fine.

  • Urgent requests and deadlines picked up from your email
  • Questions and finished files sent back in the same email thread
  • One-off backlogs or recurring daily volume
BEYOND EXTRACTION

Your process, not a fixed menu

Every business works differently. If your work involves documents and accuracy, we will look at how you do it today and shape the service around it, starting small and growing with you.

  • Data entry into your own systems and spreadsheets, including CargoWise
  • Checking documents before they are submitted or sent on
  • Reconciliations, summaries, and reports from your documents
  • Work in your templates, your tools, and your working hours
  • Other repetitive back-office document tasks, scoped together

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A traceable batch reference and a clear next step.

Data-handling arrangements are agreed before a paid batch. The interactive sample below uses fictional documents.

A small first step

Start with a paid trial batch.

Evaluate the work on a limited batch before deciding on recurring support. Your first scope can stand alone.

What you receive

  • Agreed fields in your Excel or CSV template
  • Bill of lading and container details, where included
  • Cross-checks between invoice, packing list, and B/L
  • Correction of extraction mistakes and human review against the originals
  • An exception and clarification report

What your quote defines

  • Document, page, and line-item limits
  • Price, payment terms, and output format
  • Delivery timing and reviewer availability
  • Acceptance checks and correction terms
Request a Quote

Pricing follows representative samples. No fixed rates or unlimited processing promises.

Security & confidentiality

Your documents deserve
care, discretion, and control.

Trust starts with clear boundaries. Before you share real files, we agree who may access them, which tools may process them, and how long they will be retained.

Our confidentiality commitment

Your documents are entrusted to us for the agreed work. We commit not to sell, publicly disclose, or share them with unauthorized people, or use them in marketing, demonstrations, or portfolios without your explicit permission.

Access is limited to authorized people who need it for processing, validation, or approved support. Team members who are not assigned to your work do not handle your documents.

01 / LIMITED ACCESS

Only the people who need your files

We agree the permitted team before processing. Everyone works under an individual account with a defined role, and each job is assigned to named people. Any additional support or subcontractor is disclosed and approved before receiving access.

02 / CONFIDENTIALITY

Written protection for your information

We can sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before receiving representative samples. Everyone who handles your work is bound by confidentiality terms, with no unauthorized copying or forwarding.

03 / APPROVED TOOLS

You know where your data goes

Our reading and checks run on our own systems. External AI reading is off by default: it is used only if you agree to it, only for fields our tools could not read, and every use is recorded. We never put your documents into public AI tools.

04 / LIMITED USE

Your documents stay within the agreed purpose

We use client information only for the contracted task. We never sell document data, publish it in a portfolio, or use it to train our own models without your separate, explicit permission.

05 / RETENTION & DELETION

A clear end to each batch

We agree retention periods and a deletion process covering working copies, exports, provider storage, and backups. We acknowledge every deletion request and explain any retention that the contract or the law requires.

06 / TRACEABILITY

Accountability from intake to delivery

Every correction is recorded with who made it, when, and why, and so are approvals and deliveries. Originals are kept exactly as received. We agree an incident contact and response procedure, so any concern is investigated promptly and you are informed as agreed.

Agree your requirements before sharing files

Confirm authorized access, approved processing tools, transfer methods, and retention/deletion before work begins. We accept real documents only after these points are agreed for your pilot.

Before your first batch

A few practical answers.

How do we get started?

Prepare a brief with document types, estimated volume, required fields, output format, and deadline. We then agree on a secure way to review representative samples, define a small paid pilot, and confirm pricing, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before processing.

Which industries do you support?

Our initial focus is freight forwarding, customs brokerage, import/export businesses, and logistics back-office teams handling commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Related teams, such as wholesale importers, distributors, and other businesses with document-heavy back offices, are welcome. We do not currently offer general healthcare, legal, or financial-compliance services.

Can you do work that isn't listed here?

Very likely. Tell us what you need and how you work today. If it involves documents, data, and accuracy, we will look at it with you, suggest a small trial, and agree the scope before anything starts. We would rather build the right service for you than fit you into a fixed menu.

Do you work with businesses in the Philippines?

Yes. We are based in the Philippines and work with local businesses as well as international teams. Quotes can be in Philippine pesos or your own currency, and we can meet by phone, video call, or in person where practical.

Can you help with a one-time backlog?

Yes. Backlog-clearing batches are part of our service, alongside recurring overflow. We confirm volume, document complexity, reviewer availability, and delivery timing before accepting a batch.

Do you guarantee that every field is correct?

Our workflow uses checks and human review to reduce errors. Quality requirements and acceptance checks are agreed for each pilot. Missing, unreadable, or conflicting source values are flagged rather than guessed; we do not promise zero errors.

Is your Document Desk live?

Yes. It is in pilot testing: it reads PDFs (including scanned pages), checks documents against each other, and records every correction and approval. Each pilot starts with representative documents so we can confirm accuracy for your document types before regular work. The sample on this page uses fictional data.

Do you handle bills of lading?

Yes: master and house bills of lading and sea waybills, with every container, seal, and size. We check the B/L against the packing list and invoice (packages, weights, volume, and parties) and flag anything that doesn't agree.

Can you deliver in our CargoWise format?

We can map the reviewed data to CargoWise-ready XML. The mapping is tested in your own CargoWise environment (for example, a sandbox) before we use it for live work. Excel, CSV, and JSON are available from the start.

How is a batch priced?

After reviewing representative samples, scope is based on pages, line items, scan quality, required fields, exceptions, and turnaround. You receive a scoped quote before work begins. A short invoice and a long document with hundreds of line items may require different pricing. Rates and any minimum batch charge will be agreed for the pilot.

Do you change the original documents?

No. We correct the extracted data only; your original documents are kept exactly as received. Missing or conflicting source information needs your confirmation.

Do we need access to your software?

No. You can email documents with your instructions and receive the reviewed files in the same email thread, or use another agreed secure channel. Integrations such as CargoWise XML are scoped separately.

Can all your employees see our documents?

No. Only authorized people assigned to processing, review, or approved support work on your documents, each under their own account, and every action is recorded.

Will our files be used in demos or shared with others?

We commit not to publish your files, sell document data, or use them in portfolios or demos without explicit permission. Authorized processing providers and support personnel are disclosed and agreed in advance. Any disclosure required by law is handled under the applicable obligations and our agreed notification terms.

Can we agree confidentiality terms before sending samples?

Yes. Confidentiality, permitted recipients, tool use, storage, and retention can be agreed before sample transfer. For a first discussion, fictional or redacted documents are best.

What security or compliance requirements can we discuss?

Before processing, we discuss confidentiality agreements, permitted staff and subcontractors, approved extraction providers, access controls, data locations, retention/deletion, and incident communication. Client-specific requirements are checked against our actual workflow before being promised. Please don't send documents through the quote form.
