Privacy notice
Last updated 15 October 2026
This notice explains how ClearOps Solution ("we") handles personal information that you send us through this website, mainly the quote request form. It does not cover documents processed for clients under an agreed engagement; those are handled under the terms agreed with each client.
What we collect
- The details you enter in the quote form: your name, business email, how you prefer to be contacted (and a phone number, if you give one), company or team, region, the work you need, approximate volume, and how you found us.
- Technical information needed to protect the form from abuse, such as your IP address and the time of the request.
Please don't send shipment documents or confidential details through the form. We agree a secure way to share samples before you send any.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, and arrange a pilot if you want one. We don't sell your information, don't add you to marketing lists without asking, and don't use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Quote requests are stored on our own server and in our business email, and are seen only by the people in our team who handle quotes. Our hosting and email providers process them on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality terms. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep a quote request for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of our conversation. If you become a client, your contact details are kept for as long as we work together. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us not to contact you again. Email hello@clearops-solution.com and we will reply within 30 days.
We are based in the Philippines and handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We also respect the privacy expectations of the countries we work with, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the privacy regulator in your country.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
